We went caroling at the Farmer's market again this past Saturday. I don't know if I told you about that. They have some pretty cool farmers markets here in the Maritimes that go all year round. And so we got permission and got all lined up to do some caroling in the outdoor part of the market. It was fun! It ended up being just us and the Elders both times.........but we had a lot of fun! We sang all the Christmas hymns and a few others, but mostly the hymns. We got a lot of smiles, and "Merry Christmas’s”, and thanks. It was awesome. We handed out cards as we sang and people walked by. But it was hard to stop singing and talk, there being only four of us haha. But I thoroughly enjoyed it al! We only got a few dirty looks. Our toes were mostly frozen by the end, but it was well worth it!

It's been rainy here this week...........! So we might end up having a green Christmas. It's so sad. I want snow so bad for Christmas! haha. But don't worry, it's still plenty cold. So we (the Elders and us) will be spending Christmas Eve at two different member's houses, joining them in their festivities.......we're allowed to watch G movies, so we'll probably do that too. Then on Christmas we can sleep in if we like. I don't know how long my body could even do that haha..........And then Sister Hamblin and I only have one place to go to eat on Christmas day, one stop by to do, and other than that, the only thing we have planned is to call home! Exciting!!

The work has slowed down a bit lately with the Holidays. Everyone and their DOG up and left town for Christmas. But we have met a lot of cool potentials, but most of them want us to contact them after the Holidays haha. So.....January should be an exciting time!!! One of our investigators, Jing, is doing really well. She's from China and on date for baptism for Jan. 22nd. That might change, because she has some hurdles to cross in the meantime.....but we are praying for her! She is progressing so much lately and her faith and desire to do good and follow Christ are so evident. She's incredible. Her prayers at the end are yet another manifestation that she gets it. I'm so grateful to be here and have the chance to teach her. She humbles me and makes me feel joy.

I hope you all have a very Merry Christmas!!! Enjoy the love of the Savior and our Heavenly Father. Go and serve someone - it really is at the heart of the Spirit of Christ to reach out to our brothers and sisters and help them! Thank you all for your love and support. I love you all!
